Vasili Yacalis: "Yac," is the Director of North Star Security and is a retired Detective Sergeant  formerly of the Broome County Sheriff's Special Investigation Unit. He is currently a Special Investigator with the United States Investigation Service and is a certified NYS Security Instructor for Armed and Un-Armed Security.

Ray Shaffer: Ray is a retired police captain and former director of the Broome County Law Enforcement Academy.  Ray's certifications include:
