Refund Policy
Students who cancels within 7 days of signing the enrollment
agreement but before instruction begins will be refunded their
down payment and/or their tuition. Students requesting a refund may contact the school by
email and/or by phone.
Upon proof of receipt a refund will be issued for security instruction that the student did not
attend and/or receive.

Certificate
Policy
A course certificate will be issued
when the student
successfully completes all NYS mandated requirements. The
written
examination cannot be taken until
the until all outstanding course fees have been paid in full. Partial
attendance must be
made-up before the final examination can be
taken. Students must attend the full required 8 hours of
instruction in order to
receive a certificate of
completion.
