Refund Policy
A student who cancels within 7 days of signing the enrollment
agreement but before instruction begins receives all monies
returned. Students requesting a refund may contact the school by
email and/or by phone. Upon proof of receipt all monies will be
reimbursed for security instruction that the student did not
attend and/or receive.

Attendance Policy
No student will receive a security certificate without
successfully completing all mandated requirements. Students must
attend the full required 8 hours of instruction. Partial
attendance must be made-up before the final examination can be
taken.
The following security guard training courses are required by
NYS General Business Law Article 7-A, section 89-n.
